We are excited by many of the ideas contained within the review of adult social care in Scotland. But none of us can afford to wait another five years for these ideas to be put into practice. We need better social care practice and better outcomes for people, now.

It’s important that all of us who are convinced of the need for urgent improvement come together to combine our energies and ensure that change happens.
